This material is a plastic-coated, ribbon-shaped band for lashing roll-up curtains to baseboard eye bolts and hipboard wind rope clips. Attach above each eye bolt with Proster Spring Loaded C7 Hog Ring Gun, being careful not to pierce the lashing material.
